After becoming poorly and having to walk with a rollator, I had lost my confidence in finding love. I decided I’d join eharmony, as they match you based on your likes and interests. It was important that I be matched with someone that liked football and looking around castles. As well as someone with good values, manners and respect, and that loved his mum (I believe that a guy who worships his mum would worship a girl – and it’s true). We matched on November 9^th in 2015, when I then contacted eharmony and said I’d met my match within a month. By May 18th the following year, we moved in together. However, the biggest surprise came on July 28^th in 2017 (my birthday), when we went to Pembroke on holiday – we visited the castle there in the pouring rain. We found a little alcove where he asked me to marry him. We’ve been married since December 2018 and bought a house – thank you eharmony.
